WEEK 9 - Get it here by “Right-clicking and Save”: Week 9
(Intro: Here we are at Week 9, This is our last week of the program. The tip for this week is not to be afraid to move forward, my Dad gave me a great thought to ponder, “What would you do if you were not afraid?” Really Think About it….
- The Routine: We begin with our brisk 5 minute warm up walk and then run for 30 minutes or about 5K. We end with a brisk 5 cool down walk making this run about 41 minutes.
