SUMMARY OF THE 9 WEEK PROGRAM: Hey Everybody!  It’s Coach Carli… You found me! Thanks so much for checking out my podcast (mp3′s) for the Couch to the 5K run in 9 short weeks following the plan from coolrunning.com. I’m determined to help you lose weight, and gain overall fitness and confidence. I lost 43 lbs and hit a plateau, that’s when I decided to start running. The couch to 5k was the perfect plan, I just needed the perfect podcast, so I made one with great music and verbal cues that tell you when to walk or run.  I will be running with you 3 times a week for the next 9 weeks. I usually run on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. Each week will contain walking and running intervals that will eventually lead to YOU running a 5K, or running comfortably for 30 minutes.  My free training program has been downloaded thousands of times. Once you finish a 5K race using my podcasts, you’ve earned a spot on My Wall of Fame! People from all over the world have succeeded with my podcasts.  Just check out my Roll Call, you’re certain to find some one like you, 1st time runners, a few extra pounds, a lot of extra pounds, short, tall, young, mature everybody is welcome.
