    SUMMARY OF THE 9 WEEK PROGRAM: Hey Everybody!  It’s Carli… You found me. Thanks so much for checking out my podcast (mp3’s) for the Couch to the 5K run in 9 short weeks following the plan from coolrunning.com. I’m determined to help you lose weight, and gain overall fitness and confidence. I lost 43 lbs and hit a plateau, that’s when I decided to start running. The couch to 5k was the perfect plan, I just needed the perfect podcast, so I made one with great music and verbal cues that tell you when to walk or run.  It’s already been downloaded thousands of times, & I hope that I continue to encourage others to meet their fitness and weight loss goals. I will be running with you 3 times a week for the next 9 weeks. I usually run on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. Each week will contain walking and running intervals that will eventually lead to YOU running a 5K, or running comfortably for 30 minutes. Once you finish the 5K, using my podcasts, you’ve earned a spot on My Wall of Fame!  Good Luck and Happy Running!

How do You Get It?  – Click the link below for the week you want to download, a new window will open.  Once it opens, if you have a PC, Right-Click and Select “Save Target As” or If you have a Mac, Press the “Control” Key, then click the link.
