Hey Jenn! Thanks for watching my video. Sorry I had to buy a new modem for my internet, and it was too hard to reply from my phone. Anyway, I got kind of tired of tracking points, and my Dad kept pushing this program, & since he’s been able to keep his weight off for several years from follwing this plan, I finally decided to try. Let me know how it goes for you. I never actually thought about doing it conjuction with WW, but the cool part is with this plan, you don’t have to track.
