I know that I promised everyone that I was going to start my 5K to 10K podcast this summer. I can’t believe school is about to start already which means “summer” is almost over! I would love your suggestions for what songs really help you during a workout or a run. I usually try to put a little 80′s , and little pop/rock, top 40′s songs, a little rap, and a cool down in each week. Please list your suggestions below in the comments.
