		<description>Don&#039;t let it get you down!  Is it possible for you to do arm exercises or some light weight-training on muscle groups that don&#039;t hurt?  What about some yoga or swimming?  Maybe you can use this as a time to discover some other kinds of activity that you like.  By the way, you rock.  I love your podcasts and I&#039;m on Week 3 now!</description>
